Easy Banana Nut Bread
1/2 c Butter
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
4 sm Bananas, mashed
3/4 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Flour
3/4 c Chopped walnuts
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time beating well after
each addition. Stir in bananas.
Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into bread pan, bake at 350F for 30-35
minutes.

Ingredients

3 containers of any flavor yogurt
1 large container Cool-Whip
1 already made graham cracker pie crust

Directions

Mix all 3 containers of yogurt into the cool-whip until well blended. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate, covered. Let chill for 2-3 hours before cutting.

Brownie Torte

Brownie Torte Recipe

1 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream

3 tbsp. Fruit Sweet or to taste

1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare Fudge Sweet Brownies (see recipe below). Whip cream, Fruit Sweet and vanilla and use as filling and topping for layers of brownies. Low-Fat Substitute: About 3 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed. Substitute your favorite flavoring for the vanilla, such as 1 tablespoon instant coffee or 1 tablespoon concentrated orange juice.

Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Water
4 Egg whites,room temp.
1/4 t Cream of tartar
2 c Cream,whipping, whipped
– to soft peaks
1 c Cocoa,unsweetened
4 oz Chocolate,semi-sweet,
– melted,cooled to room
– temperature
3 T Espresso powder,instant
For Mousse:
Heat sugar and water in heavy saucepan over medium-low heat until
sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally and brushing down any crystals
from sides of pan with brush dipped in cold water. Increase heat and
boil until mixture registers 240 F (soft ball stage) on a candy
thermometer.
Meanwhile, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks
form.
Slowly pour in hot syrup, beating until mixture is cool, about 5
minutes
Gently fold in whipped cream, cocoa, melted chocolate and
espresso.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
